What does a GadgetServ Service Only Plan NOT cover?

GadgetServ plan does not cover the cost of spare parts and consumables which may be required to get your product back in working condition. It also does not cover the cost of transportation for moving your defective product to the service centre and back, if required.

GadgetServ Service Only Plan can be bought for the following product(s)/appliance(s) of all brands subject to exclusions and special conditions mentioned hereunder:
1. Air-conditioners – Inverter, Split & Window
2. Televisions – LCD’s, LED’s, Smart TV’s, 4K, OLED & QLED
3. Washing Machines – Semi Automatic, Fully Automatic Top Load & Fully Automatic Front Load
4. Refrigerators – Direct Cool, Frost Free & Side by Side
5. Water Purifiers – UV, RO, RO + UV & UTC
6. Microwave Ovens – Solo, Grill & Convection

We cover all brands for the eligible appliance categories under GadgetServ Service Only plan.

No, your plan entitles you unlimited repairs.

We will provide 30-day service guarantee for any spare parts that have been repaired/ replaced. If the same problem is reported within 30 days of the repair, it will not be treated as a new repair but a repeat issue. In all such repeat cases, customer will be required to retain the original bill provided for repair/ replacement of spares or consumables to avail services.

Customer has the choice of procuring the spare parts on his own also, but then you will not be eligible for OneAssist’s 30-day Service Guarantee. In such instance, if the part fails due to any reason customer will be responsible for the same and will have to re-pay to buy that part again

No, GadgetServ Service Only plan is non-transferable. If the ownership of your covered appliance changes, there will no longer be any coverage for that appliance.

Your plan starts immediately upon your membership activation and is valid for one year from the same date

Yes, you can cancel your GadgetServ Service Only plan for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days there will be no refund. However, if you have availed service visits for your plan, you can’t cancel it.

Yes, Appliances that are not functionally working or has other defects like broken parts, dents, scratch marks etc, can be covered under the plan.

You will have to register a service request by calling our 24*7 toll-free helpline (1800 123 3330) or by using the OneAssist website/Android and iOS Apps.

No documents will be required for any regular service requests. If however, you report a repeat issue within 30 days of servicing, you need to produce the spare part bill provided by OneAssist Authorized Service Partner in the earlier service request

GadgetServ Service Only Plan covers the following:

  • Cost of labour and commuting expenses for service technician for repair of product on an onsite basis

We have an authorized service network with qualified technicians to handle your product repairs. Our qualified technician would reach your home or take the unit to our service center (if needed) for repairs.

Our qualified Service Expert would reach your home once you request for service. All our experts are background verified too keeping your security in mind.

Prior to the visit, we will share with you the Name & Number of the expert so that you let the right person in.

We only work with reputable and leading authorized service providers so that your product is always in safe hands. Our service experts are well trained and repair facilities are top of the class. Also, we only use genuine spare parts to repair your products.

You will have to pay for the repair or replacement of spare parts required for bringing the product into working condition. Just to share with you here that 70% of breakdown calls usually get repaired without parts consumption.

NO, you cannot avail services if you shift to a new address during the plan period
